Migraine Brains and Bodies
by C. M. Shifflett
I’ve bought several of these for family members and friends with migraines. Easily the most informative book on migraine I’ve ever read.

Named one of the 100 Best Books of 2014
An amazing book, speaks to our tremendous need for social change. Nancy Thurston’s story is a journey well worth taking.
Fascinating view on what we walk around with, how we behave, what triggers something in us every day.
I first read this book when I was 14 years old. It showed me a world I didn’t know existed. Written in 1923, it contains one of the best commentaries I’ve read on the fact that our children do not belong to us. We do not own them, and yet most of us think we do. They are, after all, “our children.”
